Public Servants/Elected Officials should be paid a minimum salary with no benefits or perks. They are Public Servants who only work part-time. They should not be paid or given benefits after their term is overn either. Most have regular careers that they can return to and work for their salary and benefits like the American Public has to. It would help balance our budget and change the way the laws are passed because then it would also apply to them.
Please join me in telling Washington that we should all be treated equally and that we believe that they should have to follow the rules that we do.
