No Child Left Behind will destroy our public school system. The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law requires that 100% of students be at grade level, even if they're disabled. This law does nothing to reform education. If the government takes over the schools, a requirement of NCLB only the wealthy will get a good education because the government won't be able to afford to keep public, free, schools open.
