do away with socialsecurity and emediately return any unused portion/s to the people that paid it into the program.

Moneys collected thru payroll deduction for the past 30 years be returned to those whom it was taken to invest however they see fit for their future....so their money cannot be given to people who donot work or deserve it..and so the government cannot squander it on matters it is not meant for.leaving it to individuals to be responsible for their future.charity should not be a part of government because it is not fair accross the board for all american citizens.
