Do away with regulations regarding tattoos in the United States Armed Forces. Why should a design with NO extremist, racist, or offensive theme keep a man or a woman from serving their country? It is no longer the 1950's. If gays can serve why can't a person with their child's name tattooed on the back of their hand?
