Mr. Zimmerman stated on tape that "they" always get away with it when referring to Trayvon Martin. The fact that a man, against the advice of police, pursued and killed an unarmed child based in large part on his race should end with a Civil Rights prosecution of Mr. Zimmerman by the Department of Justice. President Obama should do everything in his power, that is appropriate, to ensure that this happens.
