WE hereby ask the administration to use its considerable power and authority to limit the availability of all ammunition by requiring it to be deemed a controlled substance, and to require that it be handled and stored in ways similar to other controlled substances, such as drugs.
WE further ask the administration to create a department of firearms to oversee this effort, and to license gun clubs and recreational hunting areas to handle, count, and maintain all ammunition under continual surveillance.
