We firmly request that President Obama's administration do everything necessary to secure a UN Security Council Resolution invoking Chapter 7, which would authorize media, human rights organizations, as well as international observers to enter Syria. It would also include a no fly zone, a pull-back Syrian army and security forces from cities, refer the situation in Syria to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, recognize the Opposition as the legitimate representative of Syria, create a buffer zone on the border with Turkey and support the Syrian dissident forces by allowing defense capability using the regime's frozen international monetary assets.
