We are currently doing experiments on animals that are very harmful to them. At the same time we have Prisons full of people that have sexual assault our kids and loved ones. If the punishment to do these experiments on the Sex Offenders instead of animals the number of sexual offenses would drop. In bible times if you committed a crime that was sexual in nature you were killed. That is why I propose that we quit doing these experimental test on animals and start to do them on our prisons full of sexual predators.
