President Obama. Currently the United States is on the rebound. The economy is on the rise, we have pulled out of Iraq and nearly Afghanistan, and although you can't pick an accurate March Madness Bracket, you can always blame Biden for the picks. Mr. President, I write this as a 20 year old with nowhere near the experience you have, but still the knowledge that people need to laugh and enjoy life. For that reason I petition the President of the United States to do the harlem shake at the White House Correspondents dinner. Mr. President, I'm proud that my president is black and my Lambo is blue, so brush that dirt off your shoulders, and show America what you got!
