This petition is not just to the Obama Administration, this is to everyone in America and whoever takes his place as President.
Mr President, you keep saying that you want to help preserve the planet. I have not seen you or anyone of the politicians doing anything to preserve both habitats and wildlife. You claim to want to fix what's wrong and yet nothing has happened. To quote Severn Suzuki, "If you don't know how to fix it, please... stop breaking it!" We are losing more species than any other time in history. Some are even saying we're heading towards a sixth mass extinction and we, humans, will join them if nothing is done. There are ways to protect Earth and keep the Economy going without Fossil Fuels or destroying landscapes. You say you're a defender of the planet, prove it.
