Do more to help the Disabled Now. Especially those in need of D-HAP Housing and those that Civil Rights have been Abused

I am a single disabled woman living in a Ike damaged home with no gas, no heat, no shower, no bath, no toilet and ceiling collapsed. I have been put out of D-HAP housing twice for lack of funds. I have a tracheostomy and use a wheelchair or walker. I am in need of surgery. I have been begging for help from the President consistently since 2009.
My life is at Risk I need D-HAP Housing and FEMA assistance Now. I cannot Recover Without Restitution. Mr. President Please Make that Phone Call and Help Me Now. PLEASE!
