Recent polling shows that a large portion of the American public believes Obamacare will worsen their health care and dramatically increase their premiums. This is counter to what is actually happening across America.
States that have promoted Obamacare and extended Medicaid, are finding that ACA is dramatically reducing the uninsured and hospital readmission rates. Not only is this saving many states millions of dollars in monies not needed to subsidize its hospitals, there's evidence that ACA is saving thousands of Americans' lives.
The Obama Administration needs to do more to make much more of the American public aware of the substantial improvements in not only medical care but also cost reductions and lives being saved that have been the results of ACA's enactment.
