punish dead beat parents that do not pay their child support. Make it a crime by punishment with jail time, take away drivers license, hunting/fishing licenses, passport priviledges, are just some examples of things we could do. It is especially hard when the parent lives in another state and then you have to try to get two government offices to try to collect. Do more to make sure they can't hide their money out of state or the country. These people should have all their rights taken away.
