Amanda Knox has been tried three times in Italy courts. She has already severed several years in prison. The first trial she was found guilty but on appeal, she was found not guilty .She could not be tried again in this country. In this country that is called DOUBLE JEOPARDY. Now the Italians have tried her again fining her guilty. She lives in Seattle and should not be subject to Italian laws any more..
