Two things are going on right now that are terrifying. 1) Alabama passed a bill to make Christian prayer mandatory for all students. 2) Texas creationists are trying to get schools to replace science with creationism beliefs. This must not HAPPEN! Everyone should have the choice to be able to pray or not pray in school. Creationism is NOT science and should never be taught in public schools. To do so would be to put this country back into the dark ages of ignorance and superstition. We want a law that states that no religious mandates can be put into effect in public schools and that only proven science is taught to our students!
