In a secret letter from the Justice Department know as the 'white paper' to the White House the president and the government will be authorized to use lethal force against American's that they feel are a threat to national security without Due Process. We understand that we need to protect our citizens from any attack but the Constitution still states that all citizens are granted to right to a trial by a jury of their peers and are innocent until proven guilty and with no clear definitions on what constitutes a "threat to national security" other than a government officials opinion than this can not be allowed to become law.
