Allowing Comcast and Time Warner cable to merge would create a near monopoly and stifle competition in the entertainment and broadband industries. This would allow price fixing and limitation of consumer choices and protections. Customers stand to gain very little in this merger and could potentially create a media giant that was "too big to fail" or numerous other consequences -from stifling competition to outright control of consumer broadband networks. This is a bad move for America.
