President Obama has stated there is no guarantee social security, veteran's benefits, or soldiers pay will be dispersed after August 3rd 2013. This is not acceptable. Most of America's debt is owed to social securities "coffers" it should not be the first program or others stated, to be ransacked. Stop congressional pay, presidential pay, former presidents benefits, pork barrel spending, extraneous federal programs such as Administrative Conference of the United States, African Development Foundation,Appalachian Regional Commission, any aid to other countries if need be.
