Many high school students at Paramount feel as if it would be a terrible idea to let Jesus Ochoa attend this years Senior Prom because he is an immigrant and his papers will never process. It is unsafe for an immigrant to attend Prom because what if the IRS breaks in and arrests Jesus and deport him. That will ruin the whole prom night
