Do not allow pay raises for school teachers unless they can show improved class performance on standardized exams.

School teacher unions create raises for themselves every year. Year after year their pay/pension packages increase while student performance, at best, remains the same. Do not allow teachers to profit off of our failing children. Do not allow school teachers to hold us at ransom for teaching our children. It is their job.
