If citizens are able to pick and choose what their taxes are used for, as seems to be the opinion of so many petitioners, please allow the millions of us who do not support our international military presence and participation in conflicts overseas to demand our money not be spent on war. Then, we could afford better healthcare, education, support of the arts, and infrastructure.
