In July 2016, US Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus advised Congress that he intended to name the Military Sealift Command's John Lewis-class oiler after gay rights activist Harvey Milk. Milk served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War aboard a submarine rescue ship.
Harvey Milk was a VERY well known pederast in San Francisco. He specifically preferred post-pubescent little boys, as young as 15.
According to "The Mayor of Castro Street: The Life and Times of Harvey Milk" by Randy Shilts, Harvey did, in fact, engage in sexual acts with children under the age of consent. One in particular he had a relationship with killed himself.
We demand the ship be named after a bonafide US NAVY war hero. There are many to choose from who did not rape young children.
