Whereas the role of Hillary Clinton, as it pertains to the death of four Americans at the embassy in Benghazi, has yet to be determined and may, in fact, be found to have been one of dereliction to duty, gross negligence, incompetence and likely treason, we petition the White House, namely "president" Barack HUSSEIN Obama, to NOT award this medal, until a complete and TRANSPARENT investigation has been conducted, concluded, the report and its' findings be made fully public and available, without the need of filing a request, under the FOIA. The findings of the investigation must also be read in a joint session of the full Congress and aired on national television, We demand answers and find it disgraceful to award such a medal to one whose actions may have been criminal or treasonous.
