The national do not call list used to permit telephone numbers from foreign countries to be included in the list. Unfortunately this policy was changed, such that people from outside the USA no longer have protection from American telemarketers.
This petition asks that numbers from outside the USA once again be permitted to enroll in the national do not call list.
