That the exemt parties are not exemt from the Do Not Call List. There are reasons that people don't what to have these parties call regardless.
1) For non-profits/charities there are still security and privacy issues. People shouldn't give their bank, credit card accts, personal info out to a solicited call period!
2) People want to sleep during the day especially if they work 3rd shift. We may not be able to turn off all our phones, nor should we have to. We may have to have them on for important calls, ie work. We are already paying enough in phone taxes/fees (in my case over 25%) and shouldn't have to pay to block calls, for caller ID etc.
3) Govt-Especially State Reps like MIchigan's Jase Bolger should not be able to exempt themselves. By far the worse at using Robo Calls!
