Do not consider raising the eligibility age for Medicare.

Created by K.B. on December 10, 2012

Raising the eligibility age for Medicare will not help the deficit, it will in fact end up costing taxpayers more to get health coverage for those 2 years until they qualify for Medicare, 5.1 billion in savings, and 11.4 billion in costs to the taxpayer. This is an unfair burden on the senior citizens who have worked hard all their life.
