The tea party is an small government sound money organization that has done an outstanding job in changing the reinfrostructure of the republican party by returning back to our founding principles of constitutional limited government. A government who stays out of our personal lives, stops micromanaging the economy, leaves people alone by setting people free, and lives within its means by spending less revenue than brought in instead of more than the government is taking in by balancing the budget, keeping taxes low, and rolling back regulations.
