Do not Deport,Exile,or punish any U.S. Citizen for exercising their constitutional right of petitioning secession.

Created by D.S. on December 10, 2012

Citizens of the United States are given the right to petition through the constitution no matter how extreme or different the reason for petitioning may be. It is unconstitutional for anyone to be deported, exiled, or punished by and from the United States for using the right of petition/freedom of speech and opinion.
Even if a person(s) do not agree with the petition for a certain secession, they should not force the signer of the petition out of the U.S. or fine them with any type of punishment or cruel act. To help keep the voice of those that want only to be heard, support them not just for their fight but for their struggle
