I saw loads of petitions asking for near-impossibilities, so I decided to top them all. This petition, a paradox, IS impossible to enact by its very nature. If you enact it, you don't enact it; if you don't enact it, then you've enacted it. I'm not asking you to ignore all the "secession" petitions, Mr. President. Just give this one higher priority.
