Do not encroach on our 2nd amendment. Provide adequate treatment for the mentally ill that is safe and follows gov regs.

Provide mental health facilities for the mentally ill to be treated according to their needs. Have the facilities participate in government organizations that survey to ensure the patients safety and quality of care. The survey is to be preformed quarterly as to ensure the authenticity of the facilities appearance. This is a must to remove the threats to our families off the streets. The murders that have been taking place have been committed by individuals receiving inadequate psychiatric care. Instead of encroaching upon our 2nd amendment, take the individuals who are weilding the weapons off the streets. Guns in the hands of the sane are used for defense and protection of the ones we love. Guns in the hands of people in need of psychiatric care are used as tools to destroy the peace.
