Amanda Knox was found guilty of murder in an Italian court, after she was found not guilty in 2011 in an appeal.
This is double jeopardy in the United States and she should not be extradited back to Italy to serve any more time. She has already served 4 years for a crime that she was found not guilty of.
There was not any new evidence brought out in the 3rd trail.
