Amanda is an American and this would be a violation of the Seventh Amendment "Double Jeopardy" clause in America. She was found innocent once already and the Italian government never brought fourth anything more than circumstantial evidence. She doesn't deserve to be thrown in jail if the Italian government can't come up with a solid case against her in 4 attempts to incarcerate her.
