There is consideration for FORCING young women to Register for the Draft. Lets not play games here. Registering for the Draft means GETTING drafted and serving in horrific circumstances. Do you really want your daughters to be drafted?
This is not about women's rights nor the the opportunity to serve in any military position should a women WANT to server. Serving in the Military is admirable. However, war and being drafted are a horrible strain on society and to double that strain by putting up women for draft ... - Well, you think about it. You think about how our country will be torn apart in the event of a major war and young women, mothers have to hand over their children so they can be forced into situations where women will be at far greater risks than even men are.
