We the people of the United States of America who are deemed legal U.S Citizens as is outlined in the Constitution are the only people who should be allowed to vote in any American election of the United States. To be a Citizen carries with it certain inalienable rights, some specific and others tacitly that are available only to those who were born on American soil or those who earn their right to being a Citizen through legal means. One of those very important rights is the right to vote that has always been a privilege of citizenship alone.
