Do not grant citizenship for new born who their parents are visitors or illegal immigrants, it is not fair for taxpayers. Many pregnant women take advantage or our constitution and come to the US to deliver so their baby can gets an American passport and use the emergency room without paying any of the fees or contribute to our country. We should not allow them to abuse our system...
