Stop working on new immigration laws and start enforcing the old one. Because the government has been entirely inefficient at handling this problem and because they no longer can be trusted to pass legislature based upon the wants of the American people, matters such as immigration should be put to a vote at the polls. Not decided by some politicians who will do anything for a vote regardless of the consequences.
