Government spending is out of control and has been for at least two decades. I would like to see a bill that denies the government from increasing the debt ceiling until the country is out of debt. When looking to make cuts Congressmen should be the first ones in line to have their pension reduced. Next, cutting useless government contractors that overcharge the government and cannot produce the best quality of services while leaving military pensions and retirement a lone. Also, if the ceiling is increased then the Congressmen who voted "yay" can not run for re-election.
