Do not infringe on the right of the states to nullify the unconstitutional laws of the NDAA and "Obamacare".

Created by M.H. on November 16, 2012

The NDAA eviscerates the Bill of Rights by allowing the indefinite detention and assassination of American citizens.

The U.S. Constitution enumerates the powers of the federal government and reserves all others to the states. Healthcare is not among those federal powers and thus is for the states.

"Where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy." --Thomas Jefferson: Kentucky Resolutions, 1798.

The states have an obligation to protect their citizens' lives, rights, liberties, and well-being. All of which are affected by these two clearly unconstitutional acts of legislation.

We urge the President to respect the concept of nullification and the rights of the states in their refusal to follow unconstitutional legislation.
