Detroit is going through hard times. The citizens, much harder. DO NOT allow these people to have their lives ruined because of not only poor, but awful leadership. Retirements should be secured, they are not proper debt, they are earned, all of the money is already the individuals, if it's gone due to misuse, and abuse, yeah not their fault.
