Robert Kennedy Jr. recently spoke about the DALP. He made it clear that Energy Transfers (shares of which I used to own) illegally subdivided the lengthy pipeline into many segments in order to get around the need for an Environmental Impact Study, but that what they have done is totally illegal. He said that by the President enforcing an Environmental Impact Study, the American people will have a real report on the cost vs benefits from the pipeline and make an informed decision about whether it should be done.
Since Donald Trump owns a large number of shares in Energy Transfer, he will let this project proceed even though its not going to create jobs in the U. S. (only 35) and will eventually leak and ruin the water supple. Please Mr. President, demand an Environmental Impact Study NOW
