Do not pursue marijuana prosecutions in Colorado and Washington, and in other state which has voted for legalization.

The decades-long war on marijuana has utterly failed, and some states are leading the end-game. The federal government should respect the wishes of voters in those states, and thus President Obama should direct prosecutors to avoid prosecutions in such states, and instead devote resources to crimes with victims.
