Do not raise rates for Drivers License Renewal

My house hold is low income like most people and I can not afford to pay more to have the privilege to drive. As of now I can not even afford to pay the penalties for not having insurance for a couple of weeks and getting a ticket. Now I have no license because of the surcharge for getting the no insurance ticket which caused my license to be suspended for not having the money to pay the surcharge. It is an endless cycle and I am tired of it. As of now it will take about 3000 dollars to get my license back which stemmed from the 1 no insurance ticket. I do not need high fees when the time comes for me to get them back. You have the power to stop it. If people like me are not getting paid more in our jobs how can you allow things like this to keep piling up on us.
