Do not raise taxes on anyone until a balanced budget amendment is passed. The federal government can not pass a budget let alone stay within one. Put in place a pay freeze for all federal government employee's and elected officials until the budget is balanced and the debt is under control.
No tax increases until the government can spend responsibly.
