Do NOT ratify the UNCRPD. The US has our own version that's much better.

The UNCRPD take rights away from the disabled and families of the disabled. The United States already has the best program for our disabled than any other country. By ratifying this unconstitutional bill you'd be taking the rights away from parents and giving them to the UN. The US is a sovereign nation, let's keep it that way. Why should the government be allowed to tell a person if they're worthy of medical treatment. Why tell a parent their child was born with a disability so the Dr, without consulting the parents, killed the child. This UNCRPD cannot be passed.
How we treat those with disabilities shows our compassion as a nation, let's not being arbitrarily taking away their rights. A disabled person is still a human being with all the rights that entails.
