It will be a tragic mistake for the extended federal unemployment benefits to be reinstated at this time. There are numerous "now hiring" signs all around the country. Not all, but many people prefer to accept taxpayer money in the form of unemployment checks, rather than taking one of the available jobs that go unfilled.
