Right to work should still be up to the states and individuals. In fact a indiviul person should have the indivual right to work without being forced into a union and pay union dues. Ones paycheck does not belong to the unions it belongs to the person. It is our money not the unions money and that is why joining a union and opting out of a union without having to deal with the tyranny of not having a job should be a personal decision not a choice by the union or politicians. It is all about "Freedom of choice" which is a God given right that the US constitution protects. Forcing people nationally to be involved in a union instead of letting the individual choose right to work is not only wrong but it is unconstitutional as in a violation of everyones individual rights.
