We the people demand that president Barack Obama follow the law, and not send aid to the illegal government of Ukraine:
Section 508 of the US Foreign Assistance Act reads: “None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this Act shall be obligated or expended to finance directly any assistance to any country whose duly elected head of government is deposed by military coup or decree.”
President Yanukovych was duly elected and was disposed by a coup or decree.
He did not resign, nor was he impeached.
He was replaced after the Molotov cocktail throwing protesters, chased him out of Kiev.
