Briefly after my husband's waiver of unlawful presence was approved he schedule his consular interview at CDJ, MX to finish what was very long and arduous process. The consular officer denied his visa on March 29th of 2016 and penalized him for at least 6 months to stay in Mexico. We have two young children, a 9 year old and 5 year old and without my husband I cannot support myself and my children alone.
The only reason we decided to embark on this journey was because we we thought recent changes to immigration law would make it easier for families to stay together.
Do not separate our family.
My husband is an honest man. He is not criminal or drug addict and has a clean record.
Please bring my husband and the father of my children back.
