Do not sign the Trans-Pacific Partnership

Created by A.R. on October 11, 2015

The Trans-Pacific Partnership is a way for the 12 countries to silence people who intend to report things that hurt the country's economy, international relations, or national defense at the country's discretion.

This is way too much power for 1 country let alone 12, it ultimately gives any of the 12 countries power to silence the press which is against the US Bill of Rights.

Also any treaties formed by the United States has to be voted on by Congress (Article II, Section II, Clause II of US Constitution)

“The text of the TPP’s intellectual property chapter confirms advocates warnings that this deal poses a grave threat to global freedom of expression and basic access to things like medicine and information,” said Evan Greer
