Proposals to link the "no fly" list to the denial of guaranteed Constitutional rights without the slightest bit of transparency to the listee or the general public is tantamount to treason and smacks of the worst secret police tactics of the old communist regimes. Any action towards implementation should constitute just cause for immediate removal from office by either resignation or failing that, impeachment and imprisonment for denial of rights under color of law. Secret lists are not the type of America that you are bound to uphold. Stop and reverse this and any other steps to deny Constitutional rights you swore an oath to uphold.
